In March, our classes for teens (ages 13-18) will meet weekly for two hours (3:30-5:30 p.m.) on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. This series is Dinner & Dessert, in which students will practice fundamental savory and pastry skills by preparing dinner and dessert in each class. We will learn about different styles, techniques, and flavors, and finish each class with a group dinner (and dessert!) around our community table.
