In April, our classes for 5-8 year olds will meet weekly for two hours (3-5 p.m.) on Saturday afternoons. We will explore the theme: Culinary Trip Around the World, in which we learn about and practice some of the cooking traditions in countries like Italy, France, and Brazil. In each class, students will make one savory and one sweet dish, providing the opportunity to practice both savory cooking and pastry skills.
