Classes for 9-12 Year Olds (February)


In February, our classes for 9-12 year olds will meet weekly for two hours (10-12 p.m.) on Saturday afternoons. We will explore the theme: Culinary Foundations and Techniques, in which we practice foundational cooking skills and techniques. In each class, students will make one savory and one sweet dish, providing the opportunity to practice both savory cooking and pastry skills.

Class dates: February 1, 8, 15, March 1 [NOTE: last class is in March]
